What is our best tool for determining when a colour might return?

I'm referring to Firecracker; Granite; and Hydro. We all know they're currently listed as 'temporarily unavailable'.

With the way things are -especially interest rates- I'm not exactly in any kind of hurry. That said, I don't want to miss my opportunity, either.

So that begs the question. What is our best tool? Is it the monthly order guide, or is there another source?
