Just for a frame of reference. I drive 32 miles on the socal freeway each way to work. On the way home last night I get behind a guy in an older SUV that obviously has a low right rear tire. He can't see, no sensor to tell him it's low. A few miles down the road, tire starts smoking, tire blows and he's on the rim trying to get over to the shoulder, while digging up asphalt. I guarantee he needs a new rim + tire, which will cost more than the money you will spend on the sensors for all your tires. It is 1000% safer to run them.I'm in for sensors I guess.
Just in case that matters, I bought these 5 TPMS sensors on ebay for $55 and they work well on my JLU Sport.I’m debating on whether it’s worth an extra $150-180 to put in new sensors.
