What happens to 2018 orders not built by October 29, 2018?

What happens to the 2018 orders that have not been built by the last day for 2018 production?
Are the orders cancelled or do you receive a 2019 designation?
I know a few who have been waiting on the Sky One-Touch Power Top have had the production build date pushed back again to October 21, 2018. What happens if Jeep does not build it before the 2019 production begins?

Usually it rolls over to the following year. However, if there is an issue where they cannot build the tops properly, they get put on hold, or sent to inspection for a long time anything is possible.
