What Fasteners to keep on hand...?

So I'll admit I can be a bit heavy handed and short tempered when pulling parts and pieces and they want to work with me... So what types of fasteners should I keep on hand? Sizes or kits would be good to know and where to purchase. I have a Christmas tree kit already...

Looking for engine area (hood mat, grill), fenders and liner, and basically anything that POPS off and has a tendency to break.

Once I started modifying my jeep, I started collecting suspension bolts and various other nuts in bolts to have on hand. Also good to have a good electrical kit with connections you normally find on your rig, too.
