What do I do? FCA denied my faulty transmission replacement due to my faulty wheel spacers when that is not what caused it! I’m only 29,000 Kms and transmission is funny putting in reverse and skips between third and fourth gear (code P0733). They say there is nothing I can do because I modified it!!! Sitting at dealership fight on my hands. Brutal! NOT HAPPY

paid the full warranty $3,000

How do wheel spacers cause a transmission issue?

They would have to prove that is what caused it.

They need to prove that your wheel spacers caused the problem.

I’m in the system?
Only with that dealer. Any other reputable dealer will have a look at it and have to diagnose the issue. That what they get paid for....doing service work. This is only my opinion....... so disagree all you want, but I'd frown upon heavy mods that would raise black flags with Jeep until such time as the warranty runs out. If that means hiding temporarily those mods.....then nobody is none the wiser.

The dealer started a case file with FCA AND I WAS DENIED. If I go to another dealership and they put my phone number in and try to get approval from FCA they will see I already was denied???

In theory, yes. In reality they have a lot more money and lawyers than most of us to fight it.
yep. i tried that argument with Ford dealer and they all but laughed in my face.

of course i could have ponied up a few grand to hire a lawyer to send them letters. then a few more grand to file a suit. then a few more grand to argue with them for who knows how long; essentially till i run out of grands.

good luck OP. it sounds like Canadian dealers are even more strict than US.

Actually in reality they still have to prove it. There are many news organizations that have investigative reporters and other avenues one can take to push the issue if needed. Don't take "no" for answer and keep the pressure on the dealer and keep going up the chain of command. In reality too many give up.
