Nothing too exciting, just slipped when running the winch line and jammed my foot into a rock. Thankfully the Jeep wasn't directly involved.

Yeah I love how the light changes the color.

Kind of a funny story on the Oracle tail lights. I ordered them about a month before I got my JLR. Started reading lots on the forum about problems with the BSM not working properly so I canceled the order... or so I thought!

They showed up as a surprise and after driving a bit and seeing the BSM lights in the mirrors were more distracting than useful for me, I decided to install the Oracles and test them out.

I liked them so much I disabled the BSM and am sticking with them!

Recently and by coincidence, I was near the ethanol-free gas station in the adjoining county when I decided to fill up the Jeep's tank (I had just less than half a tank remaining.) It had been a while since I had filled up with anything other than 93 E10, so I was curious to know the effect of 91 octane unencumbered by corn liquor.

Well. That didn't take very long.

Spent 3 days at Windrock and the surrounding area. Awesome couple days of wheeling, though me passenger taillight did not survive. Pics to come

I now have a clunk that sounds like it’s from the passenger side, it started while off-roading (obvi) late on day 1. I can make it happen on a hard acceleration from stop but not under hard braking. Where should I start? Check control arm bolts?

Well it was this past weekend, but I took my Jeep to Hot Springs Off-road park for the annual Fun Run; had a blast. This was the maiden off-road use since I added a Clayton 1.5 Overland Plus to my JLUR; awesome - everything that I was wanting out of the Jeep. We hit all three badge trails and several others and had an incredible day on the trails. So much fun.
