Was driving on the interstate when the rear locker light started flashing… It wasn’t actually locked though, only saying it was. I would get it to go off, by pushing off and most time it would. Now it’s persistently on.

Called the local dealer for an oil change and to get it looked at. They are like, that sucks, can’t see you to the 19th and oil change is first come, first serve. I asked if I could drop it off for a few days tomorrow for the oil change and look at the locker sensor when ever someone has spare time to get things ordered. Nope, I could drop it off for the oil change, but they won’t lock look at the rearend till the 19th. What ever, go somewhere else…

One reason I feel the warranty on these have little value…

Anyone using the ASFIR Engine/Gear skid plate with the Fumoto oil drain valve and are you using the long nipple or short nipple. Not sure how far the long nipple will be after I install my skid. Don't want it sticking out. Thanks

Sunday - went a little off the beaten path at Hollister Hills but found this nice mini hilltop (and my way back) with a view of the rest of the park. Made it back out with only some minor fender damage. PPF kept the pin striping at bay when the bushes decided to come though the top and windows. Still picking stuff out of the SOT track.

Already post-mortemed my exploration and have sorted a better mapping setup and ordered some KG-935 handhelds.

Best picture I could take without crawling under it at work. Short nipple and the hose attachment works great. Looks like you’d have plenty of room for long nipple if that’s your thing.😂

No there’s just a plastic female barb stuck in some tubing, it’s pretty easy to snap on and off of the short nipple. It’s low pressure after all. To be honest I’m not sure why they sell both long and short nipples.
I just put my Asfir skid on, so to be fair I haven’t done an oil change with it on yet. But I’m assuming as long as I can slip a couple fingers through to snap the barb onto the nipple, it’ll be the same as without the skid. Super easy!
