Woo hoo I took my freedom panels off for the first time today  I came out of the gym and it was beautiful out so I took advantage. Actually first time ever with a jeep. Loved it.

A morning errand drive to Tractor Supply.

When I exited the store, it was snowing at a brisk pace (my Android didn't capture as much detail as it could have. )

Last Thursday, it was 73F. Just sayin'.

I did get within a tenth or two of my fuel mileage record.

I just realized that I left a 3 off my super secret camp spot location. It’s 33 N not 3 N. It’s a nice and remote area that not to many people get to. That’s what I like about it. Fixed the original post.

I go a bit south of there off the Bradshaw Trail. Love the desert out there.

I was cool with your Pacific ocean coordinates, secret spots and all.

I’m assuming the road to TSC is downhill both ways to get that kind of mpg :)

Actually, there's a good number of hills in both directions.

Stock JLU with 2.0T, 850RE and a not-heavy right foot. Fed Premium since new.

A ‘not-heavy right foot’...that’s the part I need to work on. Not a very fun mod though ;)

Oh, it takes discipline! :)

I continue to be impressed with the engine's everyday driveability, as well as its sheer level of scoot on those few occasions when traffic conditions required me to put my foot in it. Credit must be shared with the superlative 8 speed transmission, which is why I was careful to namecheck the 850RE in my preceding post. A great combination. 👍
