not quote murder hornets but it took 7 cans of spray to kill the nest, followed by the pressure washer to blast the nest apart. The little bastards got me about 8 times. They won the battle, but i won the war.

not the typical fun Jeep adventure, but pulled out 5 of these tree stumps this weekend. Not easy and battled a army of super indestructible hornets on the last one.
Now i just have to figure out what to do with them now, since I only dragged them into the cul de sac .

Put a stamp on them and forward them to a local politician.

I put on the Twill Bestop Sunrider. This is awesome. I flip this dam thing back just about every time I get in the Jeep now.

I took out a wasp nest this weekend and resulted to a propane asphalt torch after the can of spray I had just seemed to piss them off. Fire was effective.

Well not my JL, but my other Jeep was steaming mad at me so I had to do some wrenching and show it some love.

I thought it was a bad water pump, ended up just being the gasket, but I replaced the water pump anyways since I had it off. The new water pump cost $11.99. It cost more to replace the anti freeze than the cost of water pump. It has been a great shitbox XJ so far and this is what I use to try and keep the miles and winter salt off my JLUR. Plus it is fun to try and beat the life out of.

Just a mundane task, I picked up a storm door from Home Depot in the Wrangler.

I have the hard-top off, and don't have the stock OEM center brake light assembly. I've got the
Teraflex Alpha HD adjustable setup instead, which relocates the center brake light.

I have to thank the forum for the tip to take the spare tire off before visiting Home Depot. I was thus able to easily carry the storm door with it resting along the top edge of the rear gate, and not teetering on the spare.
