Fabricated a trasharoo bag from an old canvas tarp

Over the long weekend, we camped and crossed the U.P. of Michigan by trail. We went from South to North, basically from the bridge to Paradise by trail. There was less than five miles of blacktop roads.

We got in late to the first place we camped at.

First morning waking up at camp by a lake.

Then headed back a cross the the Mighty Mac in the fog. It looked like the bridge to nowhere.

Did Cedar Tree Trail in Oregon. Got there early at 6 am. Very relaxing being the only one on the trail.

how was it? We didnt get a chance to hit it this winter while in Sedona. it was recommended by the ranger when we where headed out to give it a shot next time we where in town. hoping it will be open this fall!

It was fun, narrow in a few places. Look on the map when you are abeam Seven Sacred Pools, there is a wide spot on the trail you can pull off and you'll find an easy 5 minute path to hike to the pools.
