Parked in the front row at ikea and plugged in. Got one wave as I was driving through the lot and some head turns as I plugged in.

Took my kiddo out on another Jeep ride. She loves to adventure out in the Jeep with me. We found some mud this time exploring around our cabin in Heber, AZ. It was the first time that we got the Jeep pretty muddy. We capped off the adventure with the kid getting behind the wheel (on my lap), and made a memory when she steered us toward the side of the road and through a muddy ditch that I wasn't expecting. I had to floor it to make sure we didn't get stuck. Always a win when I get to hear my kids laugh and have a good time. Makes Jeep life totally worth it.

Hats off to you. Much respect from Team Wiborn. Taking your kid on an adventure and letting her drive, that is how you make life long memories for her. She will remember it for ever. This is a perfect example of how good parenting is done. Having a Jeep and taking your kids wheeling is just awesome.

TO give you an example of how long of an impact this can make, my kids.... at least in my eyes are now grown men. I took them wheeling and off roading all the time when they were kids. Now when ever they do make it back home, what do they want to do, go wheeling.

My 27 year old came home from Japan for the first time in three years, what does he want to do? Go wheeling of course.

My 30 year old son, drives 7 hours to hang out with us, what does he want to do? Go wheeling and introduce his wife to wheeling...

Just know, that we plant seed into our youth that goes with them as they become adults. If you want your kids to spend time with you as an adult, you have to spend time with them in their youth. They don't stay young very long and your opportunity to do this is limited. So hats off to those of you that do.

So our local Jeep club is awesome. We have a member that is having a tough time with cancer. We have done several events to raise money for him. Yesterday, one of the Jeep girls organized a poker run and raised $1181 for him. Had a great time. After doing the poker run, we met back at a Jeepers house and had a good meal, had prizes to raffle off. In total, my wife and I were at the event from 10 am until 8pm. A full fun day.

The poker run consisted of a photo scavenger hunt in the local area with five stops. There were approx 40 jeeps total, so we went in groups to do the poker run. So the pics are just from the group that I lead for the most part.

Very cool! Spend every minute you can as they grow up fast. Also your time when they are young helps put them on the right path in life. It lets you talk about the world and what's going on. Don't trust the schools to do this for you; likely not the same belief structure you and your family may have. They learn so much from just spending time with us so make the quality time count.

That smoke from out west is all over the country now. Here in IL and out to the east coast. Has been for days.
Man, its so bad here the last two days. I had a PRS rifle match today in the smoke and we could not see any targets pass 500 yards. The smoke was too thick and the heat was really bad also today.

That Army Medical Service flat fender is pretty sweet, maybe the camera angle but it looks longer than any old flat fender I've seen. My eyes playing tricks on me?

Yeah I was very impressed with that vehicle, especially with all the extra accessories they also had.

I'm not familiar with the "flat fender" term, the wheel base is definitely longer than a typical military Jeep, like the other one pictured if that's what you were asking.
