Drove the Four Peaks Trail from out of Phoenix area up and over and down into the Roosevelt Lake area. Basically just a forest service road but it went through the area that burnt in last year's Bush Fire.

Went to Pacific City Oregon and had lunch on the beach. Yesterday went looking for Cedar Trail and could not find it. We ended up on Bates road, which was a fun trail.
Heading back out tomorrow morning going to give it another try finding Cedar Tree.

They just logged the area around the Cedar Tree trail. The cedar is still there but most of the forest around it is gone. Changes the trail tremendously. Still a fun stroll, just not through the forest anymore.

Early this morning, I drove the Jeep to my annual Urologist exam (things remain in good working order :) ) and then picked up a high school buddy for a late breakfast and good conversation.

3-4 days of sporadic rainfall is in the current forecast, so I let the sun in while I could.

We could not find it but must of been close. Their was a lot of logging going on so we must of missed the turn off. Still had a great time, found some other roads and trails that led us to some snow. Will give it another try in a month or so.

Its really to bad that area of Browns Camp got logged. The top three photos are what it looked like almost a year ago.

Took a drive in Stagecoach mode for the first time today.

Can’t wait to put the soft top back on.
