I gave the Jeep a bath before I installed my first real modification. More to come. I hope this goes smooth. Dual mount from Baja with 4 squad sports. I know it’s a pretty boring Jeep compared to you guys here.

Mods or no mods, Jeeps are not boring vehicles. Everyone here smiles when they look, think about or drive their jeeps.

Not today but a couple days ago, put on a Mopar 2” lift. Removed the Rubicon takeoff I was running. Doesnt look to bad with the 34’s still on it (285/75/17). Debating if I want to go to 35’s, only have about 5k on these tires.

i drove it to work in the hurricane rain today on 95 in Virginia, that was fun.

ok I'm done! I threw the lights on to snap a pic. Ya I'm still seeing sparkles. That was a pretty easy job. Just time consuming cause there isn't a ton of space to work in and you can't play wit the wires once the cowls go back on cause the brackets take up the 2 other holes holding it on. I'll start a thread on the build out for others clueless like me. Maybe it will help someone. I think I did well for my first time. Pics to come.

Is it common in your area for homes to be built with drains in the garage like yours? That is awesome. I grew up in Idaho and lived most my adult life in California. Never seen that but love the idea.

I went with the Dual Rigid Cowl Mount. I started the project last month and still not done because it's been a nightmare working out a warranty issue with Rigid. Anyway, how did you run the wiring from the drivers side to the battery side? Did you go via the engine bay, or the small area that routes underneath the windshield wipers?

Avoided the tornado warnings and drove home from work in deluges. Ontario is finally getting the rain we need.

I love the SOT - closed in 15 seconds as the rain hit, with out needing to stop and get out of the Jeep.

Yes and no. Usually a round drain in the center cause of snow melting and rain water but I built my house. My buddies and my dad’s buddies are all in the trades so we did it on our own. The trough drains were my idea and my plumber cause I new I wanted to wash inside in the winter so we ran them right across to be able to drain larger amounts of water. It’s awesome for winter use.

Under Windshield. I got a small built thread over in lighting. I got pictures of how it looks on both sides actually. Was so easy. Lots of room towards engine vs towards window side of that space.

Headed up to Loch Lomond (outside of St Mary’s, Colorado). Simple trail for simpletons like me. Lake is at about 11.2k feet. Lovely, cool and WINDY when we arrived at about 9:15am. Hiked about the lake and waterfall. Enjoyable morning.....

I decided on a boulder instead.
