tell me more about your "trimming". I have color fenders too, love what you did.

The trimming he's referring to is on the aluminum body panels in the wheel well areas. It's the only option for clearing 40’s without limiting up travel. I'm on 38's and need to trim my rear body pinch seams.

The fenders are the easy part, especially on the Rubicons and Saharas that have the 2-piece fenders. I did the same front and rear fender chop and installed new lights, fender liners, and fender mounting hardware. Check out the American Adventure Labs site. There's a great install video on the bottom of the highline brace/led product page that shows how to split the lower half of the factory fenders. This mod adds about 3.5" of tire to fender clearance.
