My wife said to me last night, " youre always driving in the woods to your stream each day , when do I get to drive my jeep off road ? " I told her, ,she pulls into the driveway everyday, thats taken it off road ! She didnt think that was funny.

Did both BOH trails in Alabama this morning. 404 was easy and kind of lame. Gut Buster was nearly impossible in muddy conditions. Couldn’t get all the way to the top on that one but I’m counting it anyway because I got way further than anyone said I could. Lol.

Both trails are at Stony Lonesome OHV park in Cullman Alabama. There are some other really hood trails there and I highly recommend it. Pics attached.

I got a nice new exhaust leak thanks to a poorly placed boulder to take home with me

PS. I need bigger tires and like $10k in other mods

Stony Lonesome OHV park in Cullman Alabama is about the only decent place to wheel and camp in Alabama.
Been there many times.

Gut Buster muddy is no joke.

Bootleg Creek was my fav. Not too easy but not too hard and gorgeous scenery. I did Rock Creek last, had to winch twice. I don’t have the clearance for that one but I finished it.

Any good parks you recommend in Georgia close to Alabama?
Would love to wheel there soon for a change.

There are none. SL is the closest to me at a mere 7 hours. There is Beasley knob OHV nearly Helen GA that is USFS but they close it every time it rains. I went and it was closed. There is a park in Lauren’s county SC, Gulches. But I haven’t been there either.

I play piano in a whorehouse
Thursday, took my Jeep to Hot Springs, AR ORV Park with forum member Stickerhead and a couple other friends. I’m home a day early due to gremlins with the Jeep. At the end of the last trail yesterday, fad engaged leaving me without 4wheel drive, along with messages for service ABS, service traction control, service 4 wheel drive, and a check engine light. Checked all wheel sensors, disconnected the battery to no avail. This morning, all the warnings were still there. So, put on the doors, top, packed our stuff, and when I started it to leave, all warnings were gone. Damn it, WTH?

Trails we got to do yesterday (if you know the park) were Squids Jaunt, Buckhorn NE, Fun Run, Ultimate Adventure, Grandma’s House, Buckhorn North, and Greg’s Rocks. Oh well, here are a couple pics.
