Just little things and creature comforts on my Christmas baby until the shock of the new payment wears off and I can save up for bigger upgrades... this one cracked me up. License plate holder, and replaced the antenna with a stubby one.

Did my first warranty repair. The rear window defroster solder broke so I fixed it and put a little preventive measure in place to keep it from doing it again. If it does pop the solder again, no big deal as it's about a 15 minute fix.

Replaced the LOD sliders with a set of RSE. Great product. Plus the customer service is amazing. I had called with a question and actually spoke with a human! I plan on sanding down the LOD and refinishing them, they had a lot more flaked powdercoat once I removed them.

Very nice! This is on my wish list. So what's the review? How was the fit? Is it heavy? Can you install on the ground or do you need a lift?

Installed front camera.
Installed Midland Ghost 3db antenna on Midland MXT275 (GMRS) so I can now leave antenna on all the time.
Installed Metalcloak front differential cover and skid plate. Powder coated red.
Installed Synergy front track bar brace sector shaft brace.

Everything installed perfectly in minimal time with zero frustrations and never had to get up from the floor for a different tool.......

That trackball bolt on the frame side looks really long versus the one in the kit?

What was your preventative measure? I'm going to solder mine back on tomorrow.

On mine, once I got it soldered back on and plugged in I noticed that when the window is open the cable appears almost straight from the small black retaining clip to the plug/soldered connector on the window. There was definite tension on the plug. So I took a small zip tie, introduced slack between the small black clip and the plug, tightened the zip tie down, and snapped the cable back into the retainer clip. This keeps any tension between the body and the window and there is not pulling on the soldered plug. My second picture shows the red zip tie and the slack to the plug.

Also, you may know this already, but the black connector snaps onto a small terminal. This terminal is what is soldered to the window and it stays in the connector when the solder gives way. It can easily be removed with a pocket knife. That way you can just solder the small terminal back into place without the cable causing a problem. Once the solder sets just plug the connector back on.

Correct. Synergy sent me correct bolt but the extra nut was for smaller bolt. So I just grabbed a leftover longer bolt from doing earlier mods. A little irritating, but not worth calling them or messing with it. Plus I like the finer threads on metric bolts.
