Thanks Captain Safety! First of all, I live in a hands free state which means we’re legally required to be on either speaker phone or headset. Secondly, if you pay extra close attention to the picture of the headset I included you may notice that there is only one earphone, which for us that have two ears, leaves one unoccupied to listen to traffic.

Lastly, the noise cancelling works for the caller on the other end of the line, not me. Comprenez-vous?
No... not "lastly." It's been overlooked that you actually used "whilst..."

I grew up with Jackie Gleason threatening " to send Alice too the moon " and yet I have strolled down the "yes dear " path for over 30 years.
This has got to be the first-ever Honeymooners reference here.

Eleven hours of labor at $100/hour. Part of that was removing the front bumper and winch, which is a true pita to remove and put on.
YIKES! Can't "like" that post!

Nice set up, can you still access your rear storage area?

It’s been a month to the day and I want to show her off to ya’ll. I decided on the XRC Gen 2 for the front and the rear bumpers. One day I’ll have a winch. Put some side armor on and swapped out the rubicon rock rails. Went with the “2 inch” Mopar lift which ended up like 3.5” and had to add an adjustable track bar up front and terraflex relocation bracket on back. The rear bumper tag relocation bracket in the spare tire did not set well with the wife and I got the Lod tag relocation bracket to work perfectly with the Smittybilt XRC Gen 2 rear bumper and I’m pretty proud of how awesome it turned out! I spliced into the trailer harness and soldered and heat shrinked every connection. I ran some little license plate led bolt lights for illumination. This is my first Jeep and I love all the mods you can do. I thing like tearing up a $50K beautiful machine as your wife shakes her head. Hahaha. I went with Rockstar 3’s in 17x9 with -12 offset and am running Ridge grapplers 35x12.5x17. Not loud at all and so smooth. The Mopar lift rides like factory to me (no off-road yet). Thank you to everyone for all your awesome posts in helping me with my build.

I just ordered the same front and rear bumpers two days and awaiting arrival. How was the install, any problems? does your jeep have the rear bumper sensors? Mine doesn't and I'm wondering what Jeepers have done to plug the holes? Your Jeep looks great!

Nice, I just ordered the skids, driveshaft and lift myself. How bad was the skid install?

When the show was over you had to get up from your seat, walk over to the TV, change the channel, then sit back down for Leave it to Beaver !
How did we ever survive! Never wore bike helmets either! hehe

...changed the channel by turning the dial...then adjusting the antenna (wire hanger)
