I decided to go with rk 3.5” xfactor with their rrd 2.25 shocks. It’s a little more maintenance than other lifts but I don’t mind, I’m always tinkering anyway, can’t sit still, lol. I already had their track bars and control arms so thought I’d try running a full kit instead of the mut lift I’ve been running.
...... yeah....slow day at work last weekDid you build those ramps just to test the suspension
I have it plugged in through the 12V port on the back. I use the remote to power it on or off. However, it does come with the option of installing a switch or wiring it with the rest of the rear inside lights (all of which are provided btw). Awesome product! How does it turn on? Automatically or switch.
Thanks... looks great
Yes it did happen. I just realigned it and tightened it back up. Just need to be aware an not put so much foot pressure on it next time. Issue btw only occurred on the driver side, not the passenger.Have you removed your Jpeggz and put your doors back on yet? Did you wind up with the hinge being mis-aligned at all? I'm asking because some of us are experiencing the Jpeggz forcing the bottom hinge to become mis-aligned leaving a gap at the hinge when putting the doors back on.
GREAT job...... yeah....slow day at work last week
Thanks brother! Combination of having to much time on my hands that day and left over material from a deck I built.....GREAT job
Even more impressive - that is outstandingThanks brother! Combination of having to much time on my hands that day and left over material from a deck I built.....
I imagine your dog will soon be introduced to pepper spray.Arrived home today to see the UPS man sprinting back to his truck with General Pierre Francois Tutant Beauregard (Beau) hot on his heels! I tried not to laugh, unsuccessfully.
Apparently he had just lugged my “big ass box” up to the garage when Beau picked up his scent and sent him packing. I had to retrieve his hand truck and bring in to him two houses down. That was as close as he would come. I had tears streaming down my face and could barely breathe I was laughing so hard. This was not appreciated by Brown Santa in the slightest bit. I have no idea if I’ll be getting my new DV8 headlocks I ordered last week or not.
The shepherd knows not to chase the UPS man, but dobies give ZERO fucks about Jeeps or Jeep parts. I think he’s into 4 runners.
Oh yeah, got the new rock rails installed too.
Haha, I doubt it.I imagine your dog will soon be introduced to pepper spray.
Would you have a comparative write up about all of them please?Installed a set of Accutune Fox 2.0 RR shocks today. This is my, 4th shock install? I've had the Mopar fox, Falcon 3.3, Falcon 3.3SP2, Rancho 900XL and now these. They are certainly the most "boaty" shocks I have been on however that does translate to a pretty good compliance on bumps. Giving them a few days of comparison to see if I wanna keep these or the Falcons (yes, I have a problem). The crap IL roads make pretty much all shocks difficult at times.
