I tackled the big job of installing a brake control....... Took less than two minutes.

Easy to do if you have the tow package. Find the plug in the drivers footwell, plug in the wiring harness, drill two holes in the plastic where you plan to mount it. Put the two bolt in the bracket and tighten, run the two screws to secure the brake controller to the bracket, plug the wiring harness into the brake control. I think it took longer to type this and attach the pic than it did to complete the install of the brake controller.

Wish I had the tow package. I don't even know how I'd install a break controller now.

Had Dick Cepek 285/70/17 tires mounted and installed on Quadratec Hardrock 17x8.5” wheels (hubcentric).

Very happy with the look and will be installing Rubicon takeoff suspension, the longer Mopar lower control arms, and .5” Teraflex leveling kit this weekend. Doing it myself so wish me luck

I’ve put the Falcon 2.1 shocks on, and just finished the Falcon steering stabilizer/relocation. Man it’s hot and sticky out there. When I cool off, new rock sliders.

Not today, but first thing tomorrow morning, it’s over to my buddies shop and put on my new shocks and springs, rear sway bar links, and rear track bar relocation bracket..... I’ll be like a kid on Xmas morning, be over there at daylight pounding on his door with coffee and donuts, and beer for after. N/A beer for me, since I’m 20 years sober come January.....:)

In preparation for top off during winter I added after market heated seats to my Jeep JL. Purchased kit for $40 off Ebay. Took me about 4-6 hours to run power, remove seats, remove seat cover, and reinstall. Overall looks rather factory and very satisfied with the heat.

Aaaand Hot Damn it! First 3 body bolts came out, no problem. The 4th despite heating it up with a torch, careful adding force, snap! Broke a body bolt. Rock sliders will have to wait till I address the body bolt.
