We took it out and borrowed Mother Nature’s flex ramp to see these new rk no limits sway end links in action. They’re great! However with my 26-5/8” full extension shocks I felt like they were yawning.....:(.
I mean I was bumpstop buried and wheel dangling drooped and they were like “ho hum”
I can’t wait till my shocks and springs get here..........:)

I m going with rk with the rrd’s. I decided I would try a shock / spring that’s tuned to each other.

I m hoping that the problems some of you guys were experiencing have been fixed. I’ve been talking with rk and they had an explanation for each and every bad situation that happened.

They been really straight forward with all my questions and didn’t pass blame on anyone else . So I’m gonna give it a shot. I’ve always liked there products, besides this will make my first kit with everything the same brand Lol. It will be the 3.5 “ X Factor kit.... :)
Haha right on man should look great and ride great too! Glad they were helpful too

Removed my hand crank winch setup and went with a powered winch. Using straps to lift the top since I just need to lift it up enough to pull the jeep out, then lower it onto the scaffolding I store it on. Other than it swinging and scratching the rear passenger door behind the window, it works... Now I know the balance point doing this, so shouldn't happen next time...

Finally took those ugly euro splashguard things off, pretty much followed the Quadratec video posted on the forums. The video, at least the one I watched, is a little dated. You will only need a 7mm (seems the 12 T25 torx heads were replaced with 7mm) and an 8mm socket plus a flat tip screwdriver or a panel removal tool. I did it in the driveway without removing the tires or anything else. Super easy to do, obviously much easier if you have a lift like in the video. The passenger side euro splashguard also has a plastic wire harness faster hooked to it that you'll have to push out to free it up. I put the belly pan thing back on, for now anywho...

Belly pan thing (plastic): 8 pushpins & 2 8mm bolts
Euro splashguard thing: 1 coarse thread 7mm bolt and 6 fine thread 7mm bolts per side

Yeah, there is a step by step online that really nails it! But be warned I totally pulled out my camera cable and had to buy a new harness from the dealer for 88 bucks. I just didn’t see that the camera bracket needed to come out as well, and pulled without pulling the bracket. Gonna be a long week without it, also have the issue of my rhino wheels having no open places to run the third brake light and the bolts that hold the brake light don’t allow for the fitting of a socket. So for instance the kit comes free from northridge with a new back lit third light that goes behind the wheel, but my wheel doesn’t have any openings to see the light and the other option doesn’t work either because the bolts don’t fit and neither does the wiring to the light, this is because my rhino armories don’t have any openings, kinda screwed on the third brake light. Waiting on new camera line so will at least get that back. But the carrier is amAzing! Love the new higher position and my back up sensors work again, and my tire isn’t on my rear bumper anymore.
I found some cheap 3/4” leds 2pack for 9 bucks. Drilled two 3/4” holes in my eag bumper and wired them up. Work great for the third break light. You can also wire them to the turn signal and have them do both.

Got the Brawlee Jeep Wrangler LED Rear Glass Lift Gate Dome Light Bar installed. Drilled a little hole to hide the wire and it came out great. It's currently connected by cigarette adapter. Will that drain the battery if I keep it plugged in, or do I have to unplug it every time? I'm going to hard wire it when I have more time.
If the light is off, there shouldn't be any current flowing. No way it should be able to drain the battery.
