Installed @AlienSunshade paracord grab handles in the red/black flavor. Looks great, except fitment on the rears with soft top isn't the best. Will mess with it more tomorrow. @AlienSunshade any idea? Maybe I need to undo and remove the soft top rail first?

Later this weekend I'll install their sunshade in red as well, front and rear 2 piece

Installed the Steersmarts tie rod, drag link, and trackbar. While I had the Jeep in pieces, I added quarter-inch spring spacers to eliminate some of the rake I acquired after adding a winch a while back. And through this entire project, getting one of the bumpstops out so I could pull the spring ended up being the biggest pain in the ass and the most difficult part of the entire project because the tiny nut underneath was rusted and my sockets kept slipping off the damn thing. Removing the tie rod? Easy. Popping out the trackbar? No problem. Pickle-forking the holy hell out of the draglink from the pitman arm? Simple. Removing a nut from the bumpstop? God damn nightmare.

However, it all ended up working out nicely and the Jeep drives great. I was hoping I could get away with not having a steering stabilizer, but even after having everything aligned, torqued, greased, and installed perfectly, I was still getting some slight death wobble on the abysmal roads here. Slapping the stock one back on cleared that right up.

I did this a few days ago but didn’t like how the wire looked (first picture) so I drilled a hole in the tire carrier and ran the wire through there.

I installed these yesterday ($43), but now they’re out of stock :(
+ @MORTON

Diode Dynamics has them (I have the smoked), but I kinda forgot what I paid.

This gas gap cover almost looks like the real thing. Not bad for $60

Yeah it feels solid too. Hit a snag with the tailights ..damn thing won't budge. I was surprised to see water inside of the stock light grooves.

Installed the Sand colored Alien Sunshield in my 2 door Wrangler.
Easily dropped the windshield and figured out how to install it by watching YouTube videos. The printed instructions were helpful only after multiple attempts to get the windshield clips in place.
Getting the corner bungee's in place was a crap shoot without taking the back hardtop off which I didn't do.
Not a lot of shade but better than before. A plus was the Freedom Panels went right back on with no problems. I'm looking forward to my trip to Maine!
