Havent done much to my Jeep in a while. I decided to replace my Artec fender chop kit with the America Adventure Lab kit. I don't think I will be mistaken for a JK again

I’m jealous right now, this is on my to do list, but can’t get to it yet, and every time I see it on a rig, makes me want to do it more..., lol. Looks great brother!....:)

Finally assembled and used Top Lift Pro. Love it other than two design issues. One, redesign the uprights to give more room for hood clearance. Rolling with a stock JL Rubicon and could move the lift in another foot except for clearance issues. Two, pawl travel is restricted by short handle and cable movement. Give it some more play as very fine adjustment is needed for correct functioning.

TLP also suggest placing locking wheels on front which makes them inaccessible when rolled under the jeep. I'd suggest installing locking wheels on the back unless there is an unknown safety issue I'm not aware off. I might move them when I get the energy or purchase a second set of locking wheels from TLP.

Glad I have the two door, still have room to work at my desk even with garage door closed.

Doesn't look like you have that lift set to the highest setting.

my rubicon isn't lifted so I can't use the highest setting. if I use the highest setting the TLP won't roll inside :-(
I can use the second hole since it is a rubicon as the 33s give me barely enough clearance.
thanks for the advise anyway :like:

Put the VKS informant sliders on. Real solid. Didn’t have a right angle drill so couldn’t get the top holes but I’ll hit them later. Went with Herculiner since it’ll be easy to patch and textured. Shame, because the welds on them were flawless. Really happy with these and no doubt can take a substantial beating. Wanted to weld them on, but I like them so much I’d like to able to remove them if anything ever happens to the Jeep.

There’s a thread going on about them. How do you like them? Install easy, quality what you expected?

Brett
Yeah so far they’re great. Install was very easy, quality is great, but haven’t had a chance to take them off road yet. The crossmembers are very strong and well built.
