Did the same to my Ocean Blue Metallic this week! Looking forward to actually using it tomorrow.
If you want the very best tailgate table, I’m pretty sure this is it.
Stainless steel, bamboo cutting board, flawless design, fit, and finish.
Outback Trailgater.
I love mine.
Buy the best. Cry once.

Me likey. Please provide specs on wheels.

Awesome.

That is the question for me, too. I'm going to use the top in safari mode when it gets hot and will put the plastic bits back on if needed. I'll post an update.
Thank you. I might just try to remove mine this pm. I’m tired of waiting :)

FWIW. All you folks asking about running safari mode without the plastic stuff around the doors. On my 2dr I went a whole month with them removed and had to put the top up a couple times due to rain, no issues at all. She was nekkid for a month. It was awesome.
Thank you. This is the confirmation I needed. In looking at the trim itself, I think its primary purpose is for sealing the doors (rubber), but also to channel the water along the side of the trim. So if I don’t have the doors anyways, it makes it moot... so good to remove and still raise top up I reckon

Yeah the price sucked but the quality is great and they don't vibrate around town. Haven't taken it on the highway yet. Plus, I wanted a solution that didn't use the hinges because I plan to get tube doors to help keep little hands and feet in the jeep.
I’ll edit this with a link to our other thread on here called “Doorless Mirrors”... but anyways we use a RAM ball mount that bolts on the fender/cowl and not the hinge. Clean install and easy removal and installation. Here’s a pic of my setup.

Got it and these kids muddy. I don’t seek mud. I hate mud.
Dogs gotta get exercise, though.
Tired dogs are good dogs.
And I like watching them run.
Sally and Buddy love to run.

...and then after rolling all day in 93 degree heat and humidity allowing a heat index of 105...I broke down and bought a JTops. Having lived in Vegas for 10+ years and now FL, I can't seem to do 100's anymore

Got back out there today and had some fun, been to busy last two weekends to get out... One of the cool things about wheeling around here is if there’s a hard enough rain it completely changes the trail, new washouts, fallen trees, etc. first pic with wheel of ground, sway bar is still connected, second one disconnected, still came up but not as far. I’m going to a longer shock and spring, but I thought this old Mopar lift did ok for what it is. And finally, no rubbing ........ :)

I don’t have pics but today I spilled about 4 oz of dip spit (way more than it sounds) on my lap and seat while in a hurry trying to get to a meeting.

Normally I wouldn’t be too concerned about this (just very annoyed) but the weirdest thing happened. There must have been something in the spitter cup in addition to dip spit because towards the bottom of the stain there was a very wet blue ink spot. I started dabbing it up with a towel and sure as shit, it was like I had spilled half a pen’s worth of ink on my seat. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I didn’t have a blue pen anywhere near me, there was no blue stain on my ass, and I couldn’t remember putting anything into that cup besides spit.

I’ll take a picture of it tomorrow in the sunlight but all that’s left of it is my red stitching is stained blue near my left ass cheek. Oh well, first blemish on the Jeep is now under my belt... expected it to happen off-road but what can you do.
We’re good without pics of 4 ounces of spilled “dip spit”, brother.

Really, we are. No need.

Picked up this light a while back for my JKU hardtop (looks like itll fit the JLs hardtop too) but my new jeep doesnt have a hardtop so i just mounted it to the tailgate with 3m stick tape and tapped into the dome light. i couldnt figure how to get the plastic panel off so i just fished the cabling through there

I like the set up. Can you give me some details on the wiring? Did you tap into wiring in the tailgate or into the quarter panel area?

Ah Doubletake Mirrors, you must ride an ADV or Dual Sport bike. I have a set of those on my BMW R1200 GS. Never thought to put a Ram ball on the Jeep for mirrors. Great idea!
