Took off 275/65R18 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 XL not LT (Lighter weight tire) and Fuel D575 Wheels = 80.7 lbs

Put on 275/65R18 Nexen Roadian AT Pro RA8 Tires (4 ply) and KMC Addict XD798 = 69 lbs

11.7 lbs savings per wheel and KMC offers +18 offset so they are under the fenders as well...

General question for you all - I keep seeing these awesome wheel and tire setups... I am going to have to upgrade at some point. Can you please tell me where you are all buying (what site?) your wheel and tire sets?

Thank you. It sounds like this is where I go once I know exactly what brand, size, etc to get. Problem is, I don’t know which one to get yet :(

I drove 650 miles one way through rain to get a hard top today! We weren’t sure we wanted a hard top when we bought the Jeep but now after having one with the sound kit it’s much better. I do love the way the painted top looks! Also, with a Jtops mesh top as long as you’re going above 50 and it’s not totally pouring the rain stays out quite well.

The Black hood decal was cut at my buddy's tint shop this morning but you can order one from pixie decal .com for like 40 bucks US

Thanks! I’m tempted and trying to figure out if it will work as well on my billet silver. Looks fantastic on the orange

Day 19
I swear this stuff is getting slower.....
Moved front bumper LED to below bull bar. Looks better I think, but not fun installing. Had to make a curved 14mm wrench out of aluminum flat bar. Installed dual dash cam (too many idiots on the road). I like to let them talk to the officer first and then say "oh really....?". Installed AFE rock basher exhaust. Added a ground bus bar next to HD switch panel. Talking to detailing company about ceramic coatings. $1000 for 5 year and $1230 for 9 year.... Ughhhh

I also contemplated ceramic, especially as my wrangler is black, ceramic is only mild protection from scratches it is not a good off road paint protection. I decided to go with the 3M Scotchguard Pro Film it is scratch resistant as well it is self healing meaning you can gouge and scratch it and with a little heat it will self heal (disappear). for my Hood, 4 doors and fenders $1500.

watch this this is Xpel film

What dual dash cam did you end up going with?

I just installed one about a week ago. Your top can be tightened A LOT more! FYI
Thanks for the feedback! I went back and tightened them quite a bit. It made a big difference!

Since we're chatting - am I missing something on how to put on and take off the freedom panels? I get how to do the front by folding back the flap and I get the middle back latches that you can get to through the cut-out, but what about the sides? Are you supposed to just turn them by moving them through the mesh? That's what I did when I put the hardtop back on but I would think that with the shade being as well made as it is, there should be an easier way to get those side latches.

I used 4wheelparts.com

They just happened to have a sale + tax free deal going on with a set of rims that matched what I was looking for. Absolutely on the "lower end" I suppose but I wasnt looking for anything super fancy and expensive. Black + "beadlock design" + 17x9

I got the 3M stuff but I just small 6in wide strip for the door sills. Now Im thinking Im gonna buy large sheets and do the grill + bottom half of the doors to protect when offroading. If it heals anything like that Xpel film, itll self heal every day in the Florida sun! lol
