Installed Falcon Nexus 2.2 SS. Ever since stock purchase I've had a loose / dead steering maybe +/- 5 degrees. Did a test run to town on soft setting, no more dead zone. Drove back from town on medium setting, steering is tight.

Note: I didn't install this to cure any other issues other than a slight dead zone. Feels great.

Edit: They make is so nice looking and then you can't see it haha.

Where did you get that rail system? Did it come with the jeep? Wonder if you can add that as an aftermarket kit?
Nevermind, I googled it and see you can get it. Not cheap but it is an option.

It was a factory option, but I bought it after, from here:
https://www.stevewhiteparts.com/ste...m-trms-kit-retrofit-mopar-swmtrms?parent=1003
Just so you know: they didn't provide bolts for the floor rails and the factory tie-down bolt heads do not fit into the rail slot. I grinded 2 sides of the 6 bolt heads, for them to fit.
Divider, I bought here:

They are a forum sponsor and if you message them, they will probably give you a free shipping code (they did for me).

I like the looks of the Slipstream. Can you still put the freedom panels in the back of the jeep with the Slipstream in place?
You sure can
But not in the storage bag, right? I can’t see any way to make it fit because the steel panel behind the seats doesn’t leave enough room. What are you using instead to protect the panels? A blanket?

I took out the back seat. Camped and wheeled for 5 days in Big Bend NP last week, and decided it had to go. I’m going to build a 6” platform for my gear storage, cut a 4” memory foam mattress topper to fit, get it upholstered, and be ready to go camping at the drop of a hat.
How'd I miss this? Did you go with a group or just off on your own? I've been needing to camp in Broken Bow and Big Bend. Haven't gone my whole time in TX.

Where did you run the camera wire into the cabin?
Driver's side above the pedals, there is a plastic cap on a pass through. I drilled through it and siliconed it in place. The pass through is occupied if you have a manual. I have an automatic.

There's one up behind the glove compartment and goes into the engine compartment by the batteries. It's easier to access, if the wheel well liner is removed. The liner is easier to remove by removing the flares and liner together (4-5 bolts and a push pin or 2).

@LUV2JEEP

I was at Jeep Beach 2019, today. I stopped by the Genesis booth and talked with Shane and his Wife for probably 15 mins..

I told them about your forum post here and encouraged them to come here and see your posts in regard to the Genesis for JL.

They were jazzed that you took the time to do a a post with excellent pics... kinds words, etc.. and such of their product offering. Shane and Wife have a Bright White JLU, that they have installed the Genesis in.

Just me and my dogs. Did ~300 miles in the Park, mostly dirt. Backcountry camping is pretty cool. There are individual campsites scattered along the 4wd trails. No campgrounds. You book your spots with the rangers in advance, so you know where you’ll be each night. I love Big Bend. Getting pretty hot down there now, though.
