What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Installed the 2019 dome light in my 2018 JLUR. Only took about 5 minutes, incredible difference!

The guards look great. Do they affect any of the lighting at night?

Worked my tail off trying to get those damn body mount bolts loose without snapping any of them. They went off and on just fine though. Then I started getting the winch going (no good picture for it) and decided to call it a night after fiddling the the most frustrating nut bolt combo in recent memory on the Smitty winch. Hopefully the rest of it isn't as annoying!

Several changes over the last few weeks but the best was finally installing my winch and bar.

Added some rubi take off sliders from another member on the forum and installed a
Rydonair shorty Antenna. Also gave the Jeep a nice scrub as the rain finally stopped for a couple days

Nice shine. Mine's only 2 weeks old and already has the salt brine film that is almost impossible to remove. Really shows on black paint.

Added 3.5 Teraflex ST3 lift with Falcon 3.1 reservoir shocks, Method matte grey with Toyo 37x13.5x17 MT. A little late to post, actually got it back a couple weeks ago.

Added takeoff rubi fenders and liners to go along with takeoff jlur axles with 35's. Took 3 hrs to do fenders....didnt realize how big they are! Came in a box that was 30"×30"×75" long and wouldnt fit in jeep without leaving rear window open. Bumper and winch are next.

Thank you... they don't affect lighting. Splashed up against a closer surface I couldn't see any traces.

I bought a case for it $9.98 to prevent the key from popping out. It also it protects the fob and protects my cell phone from getting scratched by the fob. Fits just right so it doesn't take up much room, and appears to be very good in quality.

OMG that is too funny. I have the same issue. Drives me nuts that the key is always opening when in my bag. I"ll have to get that little pouch.

Finished the Smitty / @Artec plate install today, freezing outside! It was 5 outside, maybe 28 in the garage. It was worth it though. What are you winch owners doing with the hook as far as not bouncing and rattling all over the road? Also, I have no idea what those weld washers were for that came with artec plate.

Installed a Next Venture Motorsports rear bumper (waiting on the front), and license plate relocation bracket. Wired in some led light bolts for the lp. Also installed a Cool Tech all in one cb kit. Still need to wire the cb and tune the antenna. The short antenna pictured is just a place holder. I’ll be using a red 3’, but doesn’t fit in the garage.

What antenna model is that...and where did you get it?
