Are they so bright that using them while driving (ordinarily) that it's too much and your blinding people or can you use them as extra light when driving around town....in the same way you would have used the stock lights?

Thanks

Installed the "Rugged Ridge" door sill guards. I never had, nor liked the look of, the Mopar ones as they didn't protect very much. I wanted something that actually wrapped the whole area. These still leave a strip of paint, but that is okay as you can't see them on the outside with the doors closed. I think they are an attractive addition.

Actually found them at a good price on Amazon (go figure):https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L5WBR66

Then I also picked up a bright colored bag for all my "Recovery" gear. I don't have too much today, but the "trunk" was very full, and I don't need to leave most of it in the Jeep at all times. Right now it has my 30' strap in it, a couple towels, and a snatch block. But once the winch happens, it will have gloves, tree saver, d-rings, shorter strap, and probably basic tools (Right now I raid my home tools before a trip, maybe a second set would be in order). Found cool bags that were blue-camo, but really wanted to stick with a bright color for this gear. Might move the 1st Aid Kit into the bag too. I like this one as it has a lot of pockets and features; I should really be able to keep the metal bits organized and apart so they don't bang on each other. Like the grab and go nature of this for both "preparing for trips" as well as helping others out on the trail.

Also found on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078WJ69TH

One more thing, no picture, picked up "wiper arm removal tool". Maybe this spring I can finally get the driver wiper off so I can fold down the windshield. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D3NYVHN :)

Relocated the 5 inch Mopar lights from the top of the brackets to the sides allowing for the windshield to still fold. While not as asthetically pleasing it is more functional this way. Also added the CHMSL relocation kit so i don’t see that ugly plastic loop sticking out the back. Lux monster rock lights coming this weekend.

What did you use to "cover" the wire from the back of the mopar 5" lights? It looks like a flexible tube wire wrap. Can you share a link?

I ordered the same lights and they just arrived today. I notice you have the same lense that mine do. I also ordered the "Driving Combo" lense as well.

Are you happy with them and have you changed the lense or kept the one that you installed the lights with?

I found that the stock light gives me good side coverage and spot distant ace as well. I am using them all the time with no issues yet.

Just used some wire loom to cover the OEM cable.
