I picked up a couple of metal plates today.
Thanks.Mike, the G2 is really easy and simple to apply and it doesn't leave any brush strokes. The key thing to remember is to have good clean lightly sanded surface and make sure you purchase some quality brushes. It's highly heat resistant so I applied two coats to the stock muffler and tailpipe.
There is one little scratch on my drivers step. They were actually packaged pretty well. Kind of curious as to why would be a good match to touch the scratch up. No I ran out of time and just taped the wires up for now. Going to tackle that another day, but they are nice for my wife and daughter to get in and out much easier (vertically challenged).I received mine however one of the steps came in all scuffed up...sent Anthony an email thinking about fixing it myself but not sure what I would use...did you hook the lights up
Nice one @kurt13. Was that decal a stock item or something you had them make?I also got a Jeep Wave/paw decal and added it to the driver's mirror (the doors are hanging up right now):
Dustin, I used the G2 Brake Caliper Paint System and took it a step further.
Did you remove them, or mask and paint in place? Spray or brush??Painted my calipers red.
I left them and taped and brush paint. It's the caliper paint kit at autozone. Works fine and looks perfect. One thing different between this and the G2 is that this is glossy compared to the matte of the G2. I like the gloss.Did you remove them, or mask and paint in place? Spray or brush??
Love it! What kind of paint did you use?Painted my calipers red.
