I think you “might” have the shelf upside down…unless you purposely intended to use it that way
You can flip it either way, but the instructions have it this way so I said 🤷‍♂️ and did the same. This way works well because we can stack things higher I’d think. But if you have to worry about flooding then I would’ve flipped it for sure. I’m on a hill though so I was good with this way.

Not exactly TO my Jeep but more FOR my Jeep.

Since I've installed the 37s and the lift, I can't clear my garage anymore by a few inches.

So I bought the RollnJack and put it together for when I swap out the soft top in about a month. Took about 30 minutes

Dropped it off at Ken’s Kar Kare to have a regear to 4.56 and f/r Truetracs installed. Should be done Weds or Thurs.
How much are they charging you for the gear change?

Installed the @Rival 4x4 Aluminum Muffler Skid. Went on super easy: loosen 4 sway bar bracket bolts, slip mounting brackets between sway bar brackets and frame, re-tighten using factory hardware. Passenger rear attachment super simple with nut-insert; surrounding holes are large enough to easily get fingers in there to hold it down while you tighten. Driver side rear attachment was a little trickier, especially with the factory tow package. No access to hold down nut-insert so had to get creative. Used a magnet while inserting bolt up through frame hole - held in place long enough to get thread started, then everything tightened up fine. Super sturdy, looks great. Thank you Rival for a quality product (and keeping me from having to paint my muffler black ;)).

I opened up the tailgate and rear window to check out the dealers "repair" for the rear window defroster. I discovered that the repair lasted less than a day. Now I gotta go get my $$ back!
Good luck. I’ve taken mine in once and did it twice myself. I gave up on the rear defroster. It just going hang there until I remove the wire completely

Made a base plate for a diy goose gear style system. Took a while to find the clamping solution I had in my mind and made some clamps that are used to add grounding to pipes. Fred in the back is a huge fan, Wilma up front isnt quite sure yet.

Regear, new HD diff covers, and labor is $2900 including 6% tax.
Thanks! I’m considering changing as well and I can keep my shop honest.

Another shop quoted $2600 all in but without the covers so same same. I ultimately went with Ken’s because they listened and responded and I felt more comfortable with them. And @wibornz gives them a thumbs up enough to put a sticker on his Jeep and he’s certainly not easy on their work.

I replaced the "dirty" side hose from the PCV to my UPR catch can. UPR sent me a new one with no questions asked but once I removed the old one, I could see why it started leaking.

The connector elbow retainer had hardened and cracked apart. I sent some feedback to UPR asking if the replacement hose had the same connector type because if it does, it will crack again due to the heat in that part of the engine.

It lasted about 40K miles before it cracked and started leaking. I had a new PCV to install but that turned out to be a no-go. I could not hold the retainer clip and twist it at the same time.

That will be a project for another day.

This wasn't today, but last week. Installed the Metalcloak trackbar bracket. Not the easiest install, but not that bad. I had to order a 42mm socket off Amazon today because I can't find one out in town for the sector brace, so that's going on later this week.
Friday, I had the 37 Maxxis Razr MT's installed. When I left the shop, it was driving very rough. I got home & checked the air pressure because I could see that the tire footprint was very round. They were all at 65psi. I aired them down to 40 & it's driving better. Still somewhat rounded though. The rain finally cleared out & the sun came out yesterday. Driving my daughter around, she asked if we could go "sling some mud" LOL, she cracks me up.
