This morning I did two Main & Aux battery changes.. (on a couple of JL's -> for other guys)
About an hour for each vehicle for the battery replacements.. KaChing...

Then for me..... My JL ... I spent time fooling with Wireless Android Auto, Google Maps and Waze... Running Coolwalk (split screen) so there is some fooling with/learning to do.

And, of course a photo opportunity in regard to one of my favorite add's, the @Threedom Model M fob..

Installed Rough Country RCH5100 LED headlights, Oracle LED fog lights and created my own version of "Raptor" style grille lights. I didn't want to use the Pre-Runner lights as they required cutting into the grille.

I purchased a Pre-Runner LED Grille Light kit off of eBay so I could use the factory style connector. I cut the harness off near the first light, then made my own harness to connect the 5 mini LED marker lamps. Happy with the way it all turned out.

Took some time to wire in a relay so that my fog lights will automatically come on with the high beams via the high beam switch. It is controlled by one of the aux switches, once on, works with high beams.
I do have the Tazer and it is set for fogs with highs, but on the road I don’t want the fogs on with low beams as it’s to blinding to the oncoming traffic and it gets tiring hitting the fog switch every time I hit the low beams. Now it’s settled.;)

Looks stout - I have been considering it myself, what was the fussy part? Also, what part of it takes the weight if you come down on a rock? I see the diff bolts. Thanks!
Very beefy for sure. Weight is distributed over several points with welded in tabs that contact points on the housing as well as the lower 6 cover bolts. I see no strength issues or housing failure problems. Fussy because there are little threaded plates that have to go inside of the plate.

It’s not a lot, but I installed an alien sunshade and some alien grab handles today. Prepping for summer!

How do the falcon 3.3s feel? I'm planning on those soon.
They’re amazing. Best money you can spend on your Jeep is a good set of shocks

Are rubber shock boots, or neoprene retrofits, available to protect the exposed shafts? The detritus that collects on them as a consequence of driving the vehicle (at all) will accelerate seal wear and may eventually cause oil leaks. That's what would bother my OCD.
Zero issues with mine 2 years of owner ship with more miles on dirt than roads

Dropped the jeep back off at the shop that did my gears. They messed up when putting the brakes back on. One of my lines was pinched. Had to vise grip it and fill it up with fluid. Should Have it Monday

Installed the ACE engineering storage basket. Heavy duty and well made. Swapped out the standard hardware with shorter, black coated hardware (instead of standard steel hardware) and added thumbscrews on the basket and side mounts for quick removal if needed. Also purchased a universale trimmable mat and cut to fit into the basket. Also, coordinates well with the LOD destroyer step sliders with the stamped / cut holes throughout.

I'm hearing a lot of people say that they run stiff, even on the softest setting.
So far after a drive today, they certainly aren’t “soft” even on the cold/soft and #1 settings. Don’t feel much different than the OEM ones that came stock on the Sahara trim level. So far I’m a little disappointed considering the cost, for not yet feeling the benefits.
