What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Installed a 2x6 into the garage and painted it yesterday. This is in preparation for the ARC hangers for the doors that are on the way. Today, we installed Hotheads headliner with Sound Assassin strips in both hers and mine. Havent had a chance to do anything more than that. After clean up and shower, I was sore to say the least lol.

On a side note, we both got our first duck yesterday lol. Just thought it was cool

Installed Poison Spyder front and rear bumpers with front skid, Oracle flush tail lights, rigid SAE fog lights and side shooters in driving pattern in the front, Rigid driving lights in the rear, Gear America locking shackles front / rear and Teraflex plate relocation kit.
Also she got a bath!

I think you’re right. #57 is the heated seats i think? I ended up tapping into both since I have two voswitches in my rig

I connected the voswitch to AUX3 so I can control whether it's on/off with the ignition or on battery through the setting in u-connect.

Today i finally had time to wire up my KC rock lights that are built into my Deegan 38 step sliders , wired to #4 auxiliary switch pretty bright and useful.

Looks great. Did mine a couple weeks ago as well. Got any night pics?

Installed the Body Armor 4x4 Cargo Rack this morning. Took about an hour or so but I’m happy with how it came out.

I installed the same but having second thoughts....now it takes even longer to take the back top off as you have to completely remove the rack..... somewhat regretting this decision.

Thanks for the help. The dimension that I really need is the length of the stainless steel supports to clear the shelf. There is only 11 1/2 inches between the window and top of shelf.

I have the RollinJac and have the Diabolical cargo system installed.
You would have to leave the 4 upright installed with no pin in tube to let them be at lowest travel, push cart inward and move the uprights upward 2 inches to clear your rail as kinda one motion.
Lift the first tubes to touch roof that clear your rail and install pins.
Repeat process on second set of tubes if they don't clear your rail.
You also may be able to cut off 2 inches of the rails is your vehicle is not lifted too high.

Great idea, did you notice any change in reception? I live in rural Nevada and after I installed a stubby Rydonair I lost 50% of my stock antennas reception. I like your modification!

After ignoring the advice of my more experienced buddies, I finally upgraded my diff covers.

TBH, I hit a rock and the front diff cover got pushed in, only slightly, thankfully.

Diff covers on Rubicon seem to be made of corrugated cardboard. LOL

Shrink-wrap will never affect reception. Maybe if you put 30 layers on. Lol.

Thank you. My jeep has a 4.5" lift with 37's. when you say cut off 2" of the rails, were you taking about my shelf rails or cut off two inches of the upright support tubes?

I used to have a hoist but my new house has a very large garage and it won't work.

Rear pinion seal was seeping. It is not that bad and I could have waited for a few more month, but it is easy enough to replace.

I don't have the right tool to check the preload prior to removing the pinon nut but marked the nut and pinon so I could tighten it back to where it was. Hopefully I didn't mass up the preload too much.
