Let's also not talk about the Canadian "tax" we get hammered with as well. I'm thankful to live close to the border for big ticket items. Brokerage fees are bullshit and UPS is the worst.
No kidding. We’re a few hours away from the border now but for bigger items or where the shipping cost exceeds the part cost we’ll order to Montana and make a day trip or weekend getaway from it.

Not to mention all the promo codes pushed to our inbox that only apply to the US site even though we signed up on a Canadian site. Did name and shame but we all know who these companies are.

Your post has lead me down an internet rabbit hole of animal print tennis balls.
Sorry about that, lol.

I bought that many years ago because of the built in strap as I instantly saw it as a low tech parking aid. I’ve grown immune to it but will have a fresh appreciation for how unique and tacky it is 🤣.

It's amazing and already added to my Amazon wishlist.

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted in this forum. Received my first big boy job promotion and haven’t found a life work balance yet. Today I took the freedom panels off and replaced my oracle bi led headlights with the warranty replacement ones. Thought I’d appreciate my rig and enjoy the weather.

Finally got to temps in the mid-80s and dry where I can be comfortable with the top off. Washed it up yesterday and got the top off today. Woo hoo! :like:

Also added my latest decal, replacing another flag I had in that spot. Turned out great.

Just got back from a run around the area. Felt awesome, except for several weeks now we've had a huge number of small butterflies hatching daily and even at lower speeds they shwack a brick on 4 wheels easily. Fortunately, these come off easily. Weather looks great for the rest of the week, so will be going to work topless.

I found oil spots on the back of the 11,000mi Jeep, so got on the creeper and found oil all down the belly. I worked my way forward dreading what I might find. What did I do while wheeling last weekend?

Turns out that my recent Jeep Wave quick lube tech was a little too enthusiastic tightening the oil filter, and tweaked the case. The o-ring seal was good, but the case under that black patch is bent. All the flutes were tweaked to the right where he over tightened it.

So I fired up the WJ and ran down to O'Reillys for an identical Mopar filter. I tell you, that thing was a bear to get off - way over tightened! Maybe next time I'll just ask for a filter and to fill up my jug and call it good. Sheesh.

Is that what the space is for? I've always used it to hold my Jeep salt. 🤷‍♀️

It is kind of an awkward hole in the console if you don’t have power window controls. You’d think they would’ve provided some sort of cover or something for it. 🤷‍♂️

Not the JL but couldn’t resist post here as well. When I picked up the gladiator it was contingent on the wife allowing funding for a cap. Ordered it that week. 8 months to the day it showed up.

Had to get creative putting it on 😂😂

Had my first case of death wobble going down the highway. Happened twice on the same 20 minute drive. Got up under the Jeep and made sure everything was torqued. Might be replacing ball joints soon…
