I have the same lights but without the halo. How do you like the cut off for the lights?
It took some time to get use to the blue cut off line. After a year it doesn't bother me. Only thing I dont like is if you are going down a short steep hill. Cant see that far in front of you. But with highbeams on, lookout! Can see a country mile.

If oncoming motorists flash their headlights at you due to incorrect aim of the pax-side headlight, there is a possible fix here in the absence of the adjuster:

-Aim your headlights at a wall that you're parked maybe 20' away from, and place a piece of masking tape on the top of the beam cutoff of the driver's side light. Mark the center of the beam with a vertical line on the tape.
-Remove the grille again. (I know :()
-Loosen and/or adjust the three 10mm bolts that secure the right headlight in place on the vehicle. Have a few washers on hand to use as shims so that when the centered cutoff of the right headlight now matches the correct cutoff of the left light, the bolts may be tightened (with any necessary washer shims already installed) to secure the DIY adjustment in place.

I know the foregoing sounds a bit busy, but it's straightforward and should work. More to the point, we do have a responsibility to other drivers to not blind them with maladjusted headlights. 👍

--------------------

I make occasional visits to a local U-Pull-It yard. If or when I find a JL that I want to cherry pick, and if I remember, I'll determine if I can snag an adjuster fitting for you.
Thanks for the suggestion. I haven't driven it at night yet, but the lights are at about 39 inches, so not too much over spec. I'll see how they work on the road and if I get flashed. Eventually I will get them adjusted. Thanks for looking for an adjuster!

Update: I called my dealer today about the missing adjuster. They were absolutely no help. I found a set of almost new headlights taken off a JT on Craigslist. I ended up paying $50 for the pair and am waiting for dark so I can adjust them.

My voswitch taps into a fuse (I think #57h that only powers on my switches when the car is on. I tapped into that wire
I believe their suggestion is to use #52 fuse under the hood, passenger side. They will turn on any time the Jeep is on.

Added the Teraflex HD Alpha hinge reinforcement to the already installed HD Alpha carrier.. I was getting too much tailgate flex with these heavy ass wheels and tires.. now it's rock solid.. doesn't even move.. im happy with it.

I think you’re right. #57 is the heated seats i think? I ended up tapping into both since I have two voswitches in my rig

Got rid of the ugly junction box that I had my 12v panel and solar system in, and replaced it with a simple board and layout.

It runs the domestic, rear window interior lights, auxiliary 12v and USB connections, as well as the 200w solar panels atop the roof.

I used my Dymo label maker to add a reference sticker to the fuse box lid.

Heady stuff! 😁

Was hoping to do this with my old man (and his lift), but I got tired of looking at the box. Today I swapped the old beer can muffler for an Injen high tuck axle back. First had to loosen the OE clamp - 15mm, which I didn't have of course, so a trip to the hardware store was in order. Then getting the muffler off the rubber hangers, which was a massive pain.

First one down.

Oldie out. The thing was stuck pretty tight on the mid pipe, thankfully after a bit of garage door lubricant and physical persuasion it came off.

New hotness. Be prepared - the instructions don't say whether it slips into the mid or over like the OE does. It's the latter, and my pipe needed a bit of convincing with pliers before it would slip over the mid. Also, the instructions say to use a 17mm socket on the replacement clamp, which is wrong - I should have tested the 15mm I had on hand. I guess now I've got one more socket though, so it could be worse!

Doesn't tuck up as high as I'd hoped, but it has much better flow over the OE with the massive pinch in the pipe, and the sound is great as well.

Nooo! Just the spray gun. I air dry on the way home. Then use Turtle Wax ceramic spray coating with a microfiber towel.
Hey, just picked up my 23 Willys, and got some Turtle Wax Ceramic, how do you like it ?

Thanks

I'm not familiar with other products so I can't compare it with others but it definitely looks good after applied and water beads off it pretty good.
