Not really something I wanted to do... damn snow making me slid around and I was attacked by a tree! Those Oracle rear tails would have prevented this from happening I bet!

Busted mine at Windrock a week ago, also attacked by a tree. Thankfully they’re super easy to replace. Makes me think they were designed as a wear item…

Did you break your tail lamp too? Looks like mine is just the bracket that the lamp is attached too. Small crack in the lamp itself but nothing too bad.

The lens came off, there were cracks around the outside, and it was loose against the body. It was still attached. I taped it back together, then replaced with a whole new one. The looseness was due to the mounting bracket being cracked.

The in-laws had an extra bag, seems like a decent bag.

Anyone have one? Are they useful?

Those look awesome. I’ve been searching for a set. Where did you get them?
Drove to Boulder, Colorado to get them! It was the only dealership I could find anywhere remotely close. Sweet 392 BTW!

Awesome.

I upgraded my tire carrier to the TeraFlex alpha HD. How much extra weight can it support? Would be nice to carry an extra bundle of wood

LCA’s during lunch break. Thanks @blnewt for the write up! Ramps helped a bunch.
I need to install these, but been really lazy… But in my defense, it’s been extra and humid. I’m also 90% sure I have a Covid again.

Everyone keeps saying it makes a big difference.

Only had an hour for lunch, so didn’t get a chance to test them yet. It’s also pouring rain today with no end in sight, and the Jeep is top down and doorless right now. Have to drive to the office tomorrow morning , so throwing everything back on tonight and planning a “spirited“ AM commute!

I did an install yesterday, it was definitely a two beer project, took me a long time, maybe 2-3 minutes. I cleaned up the lock with some window cleaner 1st. :) I think these are slightly pricy ($28 for 3) and have held off for a while, but I also was tired of the chrome locks and said what the hell, its only money. :) I am happy with the look and the quality of the part from @Threedom, thanks guys!

To me the pricing for them is in line for such a quality product..

The are not popped out of someone's home 3D printer. Those key hole caps are made out of engineering grade Nylon PA12. Terrific quality and the detail is excellent.

They will hold up well.... just be sure to occasionally coat them with 303 Protectorant or similar so they are protected from the harsh Sun.

They look very good on your JL. Covers the shiney locks ... and also they keep crapola out of the locks. AND... they really really personalize your Jeep!

OH.... I have the Threedom Amercian flag wiper arm covers and their Americal Flag key hole covers. Have had them for months and they still look good as new. Have dealt with Florida ..sun/heat and Upstate NY Winter cold...

agree, these are pretty good

They've lasted in the brutal south Texas sun so far

I drove my Jeep to work today, like any other normal vehicle. What made that special is yesterday and the day before my Son and I ran all 3 Badge of Honor trails in Big Bear So Cal. We’ve both been off roading our entire life, but this was our first time doing REAL rock crawling. We did Gold Mountain first, and that was a good one to practice spotting and learn a few things. Next was John Bull, and that trail is no joke! Last was Holcomb Creek, and there’s a rock garden near the middle that was the most difficult one of the weekend. I actually had to use my traction boards that I thought I’d never use, and got to use my winch for the first time.
