Don’t wanna keep bombing this thread with my thing, but it’s finally done and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

When something is that cool, bombard all you want. I imagine your dash might look something like this.

Guys. What are my cheap options to move the license plate out of the way of camera outside the large offset rim?

I made the actual switch panel, but everything else I bought.

The cowl and charge door are from the 4xe Wrangler and you can find them online from the parts sellers. The gauge is from Air Zenith. The 12v and USB outlets are from Amazon and they came with a power cable that wires directly to the battery. The air chuck is ARB and uses the ARB dual compressor.

I was thinking about possibly making more of them for people, but I don’t know how much people would be willing to put up for it. The charge door is quite expensive.

Not exactly what you are asking for but, a while ago I saw a post on this forum about relocating the camera to the bumper under the tire and looked like it worked

Thanks that’s interesting but too much work heh. Something like this but it needs to be few inches longer to clear the rim due to it being so deep.

Today maybe not so much what I did TO MY jeep, but what another did to it.…. Got hit by a city of lawrence truck, the guy didnt look in his mirror and pulled out into the other lane, spinning me around. They are okay as am i, just a bit sore.… swing gate and passenger rear door drop when the open, so there is some underlying structural damage i cant see yet.

Pretty sad about it actually.

Make or buy some spacers and longer bolts wouldn’t be hard to make that work.
