it cleared the diff, problem was hitting the sector shaft nut as you can see. Actually the synergy is closer to the diff than the evo but clears the sector shaft more and still clears the diff. Itā€™s a game of tolerance when it comes to squeezing up and down travel šŸ˜€

Itā€™s weird it looks like it was hitting before full stuff. Iā€™m at full stuff here, and Iā€™m using every bit of up travel I can, lol, and mine is this far awayā€¦ā€¦.

Try full stuffing both at the same time, doing one end at a time is a little mis leading. I didnā€™t test with shocks as the 6 paks have more than enough room from my last test..

Must be because thatā€™s a lot if difference between the twoā€¦ā€¦. Doesnā€™t seem like it would matter because the other end is hooked to the frame , lolā€¦.. I ā€™ll need to build another rampā€¦ā€¦.:)

best way is to remove the springs, this is my 3rd go around with playing with the bumpstops. Iā€™m taking my time this go around so not to skip things. Getting tired of lifting the tire and wheel haha i swear next time will be with long arms and different shocks

Yeah, I cycled mine a while ago, but I always check shit out on the ramp, it replicates more of what I get myself into in the wildā€¦ā€¦ šŸ˜ ā€¦ā€¦how you like hydros, theyā€™re on my to do listā€¦..?

Youā€™ll love running long arms on the JL, by far, best thing Iā€™ve done to my rigā€¦ā€¦.šŸ‘

Well working on final mock up before installation. Not sure if this counts as what I did to my Jeep today, but it for the Jeep.

I'm still waiting for my fairlead adapter plate and my trail light covers from the powder coat guy. They are going to be metallic / anodized red. Once I get that it will get final reassembled and installed. Yes I know my Fairlead plate is upside down, that will be correct on final install.

My air lines will connect to a T at the driver side next to the Frame mount. Then a steel braided hose will run back to the twin ARB mounted under break booster.
Sheā€™s coming along nicely.

For the first time in Wrangler JL history (possibly Wrangler or Jeep history), two Wrangler owners have swapped two different pieces of homemade CAN bus software with each other over the Internet.

Today's second half of the trade was a simple statistics display and it worked perfectly fine. Onto bigger and better things from here!

the hydros definitely help in the fast stuff, want to do the rear now that the front is settled.

yeah Iā€™m patiently waiting to go long arm, still trying to decide appropriate shocks to go with it etc. plus rk rockzilla coming out soon. Hopefully me taking my time on the decision process I donā€™t buy twice haha

It appears as though my Jeep does not have the standard M210 front axle configuration. These fins/wings prevent the Next Venture skid from sitting flush. I'm getting closer but more angle grinding is necessary. I'll post my final shape and send it to NV as well if I can get it to fit. @NextDan

You can see the fin on my diff is lower than the one on the MetalCloak screenshot.

Must be something to do with XR heavy wall axle. Wonder if Mojave guys have any issues.
