That looks like the tent would have a decent low profile. What rack is that? And no snow there yet?

My yellow JK fogs came in last night so I threw them in the bumper this morning. Had to clearance the RR skid about an inch on each side for the cut outs. 5 minutes with the grinder and everything bolted up. It is the game when mixing after market stuff.

Looks like quadratec or many other copies available on Amazon.
This is easier to bolt in because it mounts to firewall bolt.
Another option is the MORE style which bolts to the side but is harder to get in. The MORE style is up off the floor so if you want you can either slide your foot flat under the pedal, or tilt your foot up and rest it on the pedal. I like that.
There are pictures of people on here using strings or tape and such to help mount it..

Saw someone modify their center caps for their spare tire. Figured I’d give it a shot. The hole saw didn’t work for me so I ended up using the Dremel. I don’t remember if he used the camera cover but I went ahead and cut mine up to make it fit.

Turned out okay. Works for now and is better than without.

Hopefully I didn’t breath in too much burning plastic. Probably should have used a mask but oh well. Lol.

One of the saddest things I've seen today. Why destroy the cap and not just trash the stupid plastic camera lock that serves no purpose...

After buying my first NEW Jeep, (my 4th overall but the first I got new) I couldn't stand all the "desert pinstripes" that comes from the large amount of trail riding we do. So had some self healing paint protection film installed. Trying to keep it a little less beat up for now. Fenders and mirrors catch the brunt of it, but the paint is staying nice.

The tent is very low profile. Less than 7” if I’m not mistaken. Very little wind noise and drag. Kind of forget it’s on there.
roof rack is from rhino rack. Their backbone system. Requires you to drill your hardtop, but it is what it is.
We had a bit of snow in Colorado a little while back but nothing serious yet unfortunately. Mountains have a little more snow.

I liked the MORE version also. You can set the distance to accommodate leg length. Having it out of the way when you don't need it is a plus. Installing it with a zip tie made it a breeze.

Gas cap mod. I was looking for a fix to place my gap cap when filling up. This worked perfectly. I cut the bottom part off so It was a cleaner look. Gas lid closes perfectly no matter what direction the gas cap is locked in. Used gorilla 30lb doubled sided adhesive.

Thanks for the info! I think I actually found it on Amazon based on the grid pattern. It looks like the JeCar Dead Pedal. Ordered and received yesterday. Feels solid and hope to install today or tomorrow when the rain lets up.

Added factory mirror turn signals with Sequential smoked lights, XKGlow RGB Fender Vent Turn Signal / Running Light, XKGlow 5th Wheel Brake/Sequential Turn and Reverse Light. Very easy installs. Mirror conversion was very easy and cost around $118.00 plus some wire and connectors. Also installed Oracle rear bumper led reverse lights.

Any issues with the Oracle back up lights? Did you remove your bumper to do the install?

You’re welcome! It was chance and luck I found this fix and it worked out. This should be factory equipment. I love that my gas cap won’t be resting on my paint now. Merry Christmas.

Installed the Hothead headliner (amazing product and looks factory) and primed/painted my factory 55 rope guard champagne bronze which is a close match to the factory 392 bronze/gold. This is in preparation of my Warn Zeon 10S winch install Sunday. I received my Tazer mini today and was going to install but after reading a few threads, I may order the extension cable from Z Automotive to eliminate future bloody knuckles and have a quick disconnect.
