Wonder if it was a flat tow kit for the brake lights. May be good you bought that extended warranty if the chassis has 100k on it.
Yeah, they suspect it was so it could be pulled behind an RV or something. The miles on it were 33,500 when I bought it, but I would guess if it got towed behind an RV there are more miles on it than driven miles.

Surprises me that the owner doesn't have to check the box on the Odometer disclosure that the Odo doesn't reflect actual mileage. Guess that's one of the disadvantages (or advantages depending what side of the transaction you're on) of the change from mechanical gear driven speedo/odo to electronic.

Installed the Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro amber fog lights!

Let us know how far down the road those amber fog lights project, if you don't mind.

The OEM fog lights on my JLU are almost pointless (switching to LED bulbs did nothing to change this condition.) I'm prepared to spend good money if an upgrade will do more than illuminate just 5' in front of the bumper.

The analog speedometer cables on my motorcycles make it comically easy to change the actual mileage on the odometers. I used to own an older Ford with the same config; cable access was gained when removing the plastic gear drive to refill the manual transmission with Dex/Merc ATF.

Yes, it all depends on which side of the desk you're sitting on.

Had some gift cards to get rid of and bought some cheap LEDs....

I know, probably not pointing in the right direction/angle. Not Rigid. But I'm taking a trip soon and I'd like to have some extra visibility at night on the mountain trails!

What brackets are those? I like the option for front and side lights as well as adding a GMRS ghost antenna on this brkt.

I have noticed that a lot of Jeeper's are either mechanics' or damn close to one. My Grandfather and my Uncle were the build anything type. That genetic gene bypassed my Dad and myself.

Got my hefty fab works bumper powered coated and installed finally! Got the badlands winch on weigh the warn interrupt kit so that I can turn power off and on from my dash mounted voswitches. Also got the hefty fab works skid plate on ( can't really see it in this pictures). Love the bumper, glad I saw it on buddy lee's Jeep! Now I just need some amber fog lights and maybe a light bar on the hoop.
