What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Not sure if you have done the diifs before....

You will LOVE the Flexfill pouches!

Not sure if you read my past posts but you only will need 2, 75W140 and 1 75W90 for your diff fluid changes on your JL with tow package. Save that extra 75W90 pouch for next time..

Start with the rear diff... One pouch of 75W140 and you will only use part of the 2nd bag of 75W140.... so you will have left over 75W140..

Now, do your front diff with the 75W90 pouch but you will be a tad short of fluid using one pouch.... SOooo, use that remainder of the 75W140 to finish filling the front diff.. That leftover is more then enough to complete the fill... I even called Valvoline and asked if any problem mixing weights and they said no problem...

IMPORTANT: DO, do check to be sure you can loosen the fill plug on a diff BEFORE you drain the diff..

On this vehicle I have not. But I always pull the diff covers off and spray brake cleaner to get all the old residue out.

Never looked at AEV just went with the Mopar one. Its taller for 35's/37's

The AEV one will mount in the passenger foot well. Works good!

Plenty of room.

I built and installed a DIY version of a Goose Gear Platform. Took a few hours a day for about 10 days. Cost about $250.

I also installed RokBlokz rear mud flaps to compliment the front ones I installed last winter.

Brilliant! what did you use for hinges on those doors? pics please?

finally added the Mopar Black Satin Grille & LOD Signature Rock Sliders. Not sure yet if I like the panda look....

The RockHard 4x4 LCA skids just arrived. Also picked up a set of bilstein 5100s to replace my stock shocks and extensions since you can’t install the rear LCA skids with them on. So I’ll be installing them hopefully this weekend.

BTW, the skids are no joke. Super stout and heavy. I feel like I’ll be able to hang my Jeep on a rock solely by these skids.

to be honest, I'm still not completely sold on the panda look.

I don’t think it looks like a panda (although I can see why one would say that)

but personally I like the look a lot…but to each their own, it’s your jeep you gotta like/love it!

Thank you very much, I was going to order the black grill from the factory, but I saw it was cheeper to buy online. Now I will have a nice looking one, scratch free. And one that I won't care if it gets chewed up. Ours is going to spend a lot of time behind an RV.

Added a few items to my relatively new Jeep… DZ tailgate table, 67 Designs phone mount, flashlight brackets and a stubby antenna. I agonized a little over the table but I like the DZ design and the price is right. So far, so good… seems quite sturdy, haven’t noticed much of a rattle. Installation was a breeze.
