That's the same look I'm going to have...as soon as it's delivered. Watch those N-Fab side steps. If those are the gloss black, I have them on my Tacoma...it's a 2013 and they're rusted to hell.
I’ve got the textured ones, hopefully they learnt from that and these are gonna hold better ? :)
We’ll see, even though in Canada with the sh#%load of salt they use on our roads I’m not expecting a miracle

Hope they work out. I love them, but the rust makes them look horrid. They're about to come of my Tacoma.

How's that supported? Pipe? Steel? Not just a 2x4 screwed to the wall with a "floating shelf" attached to it is it? I built the cart this weekend, but I do like this idea too.

One thing though, I tightened and tightened the bolts but my husband ended up having to tighten some on the top piece more afterwards because it had a little wiggle at the top part. So if you are putting it together yourself you may run into that too, it takes a lot of strength apparently (or maybe I was just weaker by the top part hahah).
Thanks for the tip! Now I wait until it gets here lol!

Yes just 2x4’s and screws hitting the studs. 100% sturdy. I know construction rather well so do not attempt without some knowledge

Cool, I will need to keep this in the back of my head as a future idea if the cart bothers me. With the top only being around a 100 lbs, I know the 2x4s could easily support the weight, I just never made a floating shelf that deep before. Looks like a 3/4" plywood on top, not any OSB crap. Definitely something to remember. Thanks!

That looks really solid. Do you put carpet on top of the wood or some sort of rubber to help with holding the top in place?

Ride looks amazing. May I ask specs on your tires and rims?

Beautiful JL! I noticed you're in Iowa as well, I'm from Linn C.

May I ask, are those the stock all-terrain tires? I haven't seen any in person around here yet, so was hoping to see how "aggressive" they look.

Put my top lift together, all by myself!!! :)

how much space does it take up at the end of garage? i.e. - if you previously parked with the front bumper up against the wall, how far from the wall could the front bumper be when using this lift?

Those are not the stock tires. They are Falken Wildpeak ATs. Many Sahara owners on here (including myself) that are wanting the more aggressive looking tires are swapping out the stock for something else. The stock tires are a very “radial” look in my opinion.
