Finally replaced my rear DS. The pinion nut on the diff was a pain in the ass, but everything else went nice and smooth. Eliminated a lot of slop.

Looks good. I gave up on tint here in NY. I don't qualify for a medical tint exemption and it doesn't make sense to strip and re-apply every year in order to pass state inspection.

“J E E P”Bought it! Picked up a 2018 Rubicon on Saturday. This is my very first Jeep. Not sure why I waited so long though, this thing is so much fun.....My 5 and 10 year old boys are more excited than I am though! Yesterday was such a beautiful day, had to try it with top and front doors off. What an experience driving with the doors off. Any tips or ideas for the first few mods for a new Jeep owner??

Just swapped from RK 2.5 to 3.5" springs added the RK rear adjustable track bar and Rock Jock rear anti-sway torsion bar today.

I almost forgot. I added a splash of color behind my ARB boat sliders and Motobilt rear inner fender liners. Makes it look purty!

I installed a custom soft-top compression & retention system for ease of top-down operation...
OK, so its two eye bolts but they are cool, they say Chicago on them & were made in USA. Since I'm using the velcro straps to keep the seatbelts quiet I use paracord in place of the straps. Having an anchor point, you can tie it down lower. So now the top sits just below the CMHSL level for a skosh more visibility.
