Yes, they are. Love them. Very comfortable and pretty solid. Just make sure to superglue the rubber bumpers. They may come off otherwise.

i know thats a generic bracket that can be found in lowes, etc. what size is it. just looking to see how big i can go before it hits the inside of the hood.

I got it at Lowes and the size is 1 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 3 feet. I just measured the 2 bolts going into the body and cut to size then painted and clear coated it.

I’m still waiting on winch spacers to arrive Monday. But I got the Maximus-3 plate and recovery ring mounts on. I won’t show you my undercarriage. I’m not good at metal work. I still have to find paint to protect from rust after my hack job.

The Amazon gods blessed me with my hi-lift mount early to make up for the spacers.

Got the Exposed Racks installed today and changed out my Rubicon sticker to one from @pixeldecals. Looks great and looking forward to getting the hood decal on soon!

Removed the "White" factory Wrangler Unlimited Decals and replaced them with Black Pixel Decals. Looks much better with the MOAB paint scheme (black accents).

Added KC LZR lights on the cowl.

Vacation is over. I wish I had been able to spend less time building it, and more time driving it, but I spent the last two days mostly on dirt. In order to steel myself for a return to daily driving, I broke out the wash bucket.

It's still not really clean, after using an entire bottle of wheel cleaner over five separate applications, and scrubbing every nook and cranny three times, with two different buckets of suds.

I should probably give up on that, and just leave her dirty. Or get over my aversion to using a pressure washer on paint. This trail dirt is clingy, clingy stuff.

Bought an electric power washer (hate hauling out the bigger gas one out) for hand washing JL since I can’t run it through the car wash (one-touch power top).

What wheels are these? They look super sharp
