Very late to the game, but:
Finally was able to install 35 to my spare tire carrier! (Used to run an undersized spare back there)

Because no one would sell me a Rubicon spare carrier here in Vancouver! Been looking for a year or so. (Rubicon carriers sit a little higher than Sahara/Sport so they can accommodate 35s without rub)

Bought some longer bump stops, cut off about 1” and they fit just snug.

The clearance to my bumper is just about perfect and the tire is well secured, no vibration or rattles whatsoever.

Hahahaha!

That's the 48v etorque aux battery with its own skid plate. My next push after overhauling the front end, is to get rid of that factory rear driveshaft, chromoly rear axle shafts, and a Metalcloak rear track bar to replace the last remaining synergy linkage. I'm still wondering about what driveshaft I should go with. The front is from Metalcloak. Do I match the rear, or is there a better option? What say ye, buddy?

Never had a chance to even get it offroad. Just some clearance checking with a forklift a couple times, and the threaded bushings were loose and causing a sloppy ride and handling. Another retightening or two and the slit in the arm at the pinch bolt would be fully collapsed.

My new Metalcloak arms feel far better than when the Synergy's were brand new.

Ohhhh hahaha. I got the spicer 1350 one for mine. Its alright, was cheapest. I dont think you can go wrong with any of them to be honest. I think the spicer ones a little on the too short side to be honest lol, so theres that

Yeah, was thinking 1350 would be the smart move. If something was to pop, I'd want it to be the driveshaft. Was just on the fence between the one from Metalcloak, like I did with the front, or is an Adam's or J E Reel shaft better.

Thanks buddy! We'll see you after you have some coffee and charge your phone. :CWL:

As much as I want to.answer that call out, I need some time. My season just started at work, and I'm already playing catch up with filling orders. It may be a couple weeks before I can rack up the jeep with my little machine again.

I will say that if using the Synergy arms to complete a less flexible lift, they'll do great. I used them to complete the Dynatrac Endurosport 2" lift, and they kept up just fine because it wasn't a heavy flexer. The Mopar lift is very similar when it comes to flexibility.and being incomplete. But if there's any chance of switching to something that'll really articulate, you'll end up having to replace them like me.

Ill help, this is flex with MC arms and coils. The arms dont bend, only the joint bushings move.
