Always happy to answer any questions on our products and discounts are available for forum members!Today I finally got around to installing a new Warn Zeon Premium winch with a Rusty’s Winch plate. Other than the reinstallation of the nuts for the inboard bumper mounting bolts, the installation was a cinch.
BTW, if you use this winch plate, plan on using both deep and shallow 18mm sockets. You’ll also need perhaps two 3in and one 8in extension to get those nuts back on. You’ll also do well to tape the bolt so it stays in the socket for mounting. I found getting the nuts started went really fast when doing that. Some masking tape does the trick just fine..
Up next will be a 2.5” lift and either 35s or 37s. I still haven’t decided on tire size or the lift kit but I’m looking at Rock Krawlers XFactor lift or Clayton Offroads Overland kit. The decision on tires will probably be based on whether or not I’m interested in regearing.
