Kinda taste like chicken,.........:(
You weren’t wrong. You don’t need a stupid catch can. You need a 392. Just keep doing what you’re doing. You’ll get there.....

The past month has seen further progress on my 2018.

Finished a two-tier platform a drawer build for the back. The Dometic lives on a sunken platform on the drivers die rear seat location. Accessible from the front seats, laying on the platform or from the drivers side rear door. I did this to keep the platform height down. This allows plenty of headroom and too cargo carrying options as well as leaves the passenger side rear open for access to the storage in the tub and a full length covered are for hiding those longer items, etc. The druvers side drawer extends out to reveal the stove and a wash bin w/rear cutlery and spice storage.

I added the ARB Awning w/led lights to the drivers side of the Jeep and am liking it thus far. Since taking the image, I've flipped the brackets so the awning sits flush with the roof rack and hugs the side of the Jeep. Much better afterwards...

I also installed a Frankenstein Synergy 2in Lift. I used 90% Synergy parts with springs, track bar (front), track bar bracket (rear), rear sway bar links and bump stops. But I opted for RK no limits front sway bar links, Teraflex IR Front LCAs and Fox Shocks. A great improvement and more clearance, but not too much to make the 33s look like toys. The image below makes it look like the rear end is squatting, but she sits pretty level.

Projects underway are a water tank for the rear, getting around to installing my Midland radio.
I can relate to the Frankenstein build! I have Synergy, AEV, Teraflex, and Clayton suspension/steering components.

Ordered a set of Rock Hard sliders.

Already started praying the body bolts come out without breaking.
Pro tip, buy new bolts and throw away the ones you remove. I got mine out fine but stressed the metal so much one broke going back in with very little torque.

Just ordered a set too. On the Rock Hard 4X4 site, their install video states new body bolts are included. Were they not included with yours?

I thought I blew it up,........ We were out running a trail with Rudolph and was vertical to much. The blow by leaked out of the throttle body, that’s my best guess anyway. There never was a CEL or any other warnings , bells, or whistles. It’s running fine, so I’m not to worried about it. The wife accused me of sabotage, since the there’s been talk of the 392 , lol. I fully expect to hear it from the catch can guys, lol. :)
You check oil level after?

Not sure where the oil pickup is in the 3.6L and if it's baffled? That could be a way to get a Hemi swap ;)

Yeah.....in fact I just changed the oil thanksgiving day, lol, so it was, and still is full. I’m gonna install a catch can since we wheel on the edge all the time. Now I just have to remember to empty it before going out, lol.

Finally made it official and named my JL "Leviathan". Commemorated this by installing some @pixeldecals lettering on the hood. Reflective dark gray with a lighter gray outline. Super smooth install, just got take your time (only 1 slight mishap on my part as one of the letters got folded up on itself a little bit. Oh well, no big deal - I'll see if I keep it as-is or order another one to replace it).
