Looks great. I'm planning to do the same with my fenders, someday when cash frees up.The big thing is by splitting the fenders, it increases tire clearance by about 3 1/2 inches.
I also split the rear fender flares and installed Motobuilt rear fender liners.
I had them made, it’s a one off customWhere did you get the skull decal?
Got those pics I promised. E-brake engaged without hand and with. The lever in 4lo doesn't impede the grab and pull of the handle, put the knob does kiss my hand with the brake fully set. This is grabbing it just the same as I would with the factory knob.Wow, yeah big difference. Is it easy to pull the emergency brake with it in 4 low?
You did it yourself right? Where did you order the film from?I “FINALLY” tinted my front door windows after work today, it’s been on the to do list since we drove it home from the dealer...
After seeing @SlowPoke21 rig, and verifying with him that it matches pretty good in person as well, I decided to go with 20%. It really does match up pretty good, and also with the new soft top as well.

I’d like to follow up on this:Honestly, to me it looks like the bolts they supply to retain their hood bracket assembly are too long and one dimpled the hood when tightened down. (pushed up the hood skin)
We have designed hood lift systems for over 350 unique vehicles and more than 50% have aluminum hoods with zero issues. We spend alot of time valving our gas springs to the correct pressure as to provide enough force to lift the hood, but not too much force to stress the hood.
Without seeing it in person, it is tough to say. I'm sorry you had to experience that damage with another companies product.
I can say with confidence that we have sold thousands of our Hood QuickLIFT systems for the JL with zero issues.
Glad to be of some help! Thanks for the pics. I like it!
