I strongly suggest using the “hack” starting at 17:52 below. I took the “hack” one step “further” and only removed the front 2 push tabs (versus all 4) and the screw holding the fender liner (btw video says 8mm but its 10mm) - that gave me more than enough room to move the fender liner back and squeeze in there.

She sat lower in the back... was driving me crazy!!! Ahh so much better now....

Now I can't wait to put the soft top on this coming spring.... so eager!!!!

Although I did notice that one of my rear shocks was leaking.....I already replaced one of the original ones.... these are rubicon shocks....I probably will just invest in better shocks next time

I installed the auto stop eliminator harness. It's a pleasant convenience to have, and I wasn't willing to use a so-called hack solution.

I finally installed the stinger but for some reason I can't update the firmware . :(

Genuinely curious here: why is such a task necessary for a brand new and not-inexpensive head unit? Is doing so a required method of linking it to the vehicle in which it's been installed? TIA.

Updating the firmware gives you all the latest features. In my unit the last update was 5/27/20 the newest update is 9/27/20.
