In preparation for my soft top install this weekend , I had to take my hi lift out, can’t go here anymore......

Until I figure out where I’m gonna put it, I got out the oem POS scissor jack to see if I can use it with 37s. It works fine on the rear under the shock skid as it’s the lowest hanging fruit. But the front is higher and the jack maxed out would only lift the tire a 1/2”.

So, I tried my platform I have for the hi lift and it works great. My EVO shock relocation bracket makes a perfect spot to lift it.

Also for you old guys like me that don’t like using that stupid crank for the jack, I use a 13 mm socket and my Mac daddy impact, lifts it in matter of seconds........ And yes, I always pack my impact with us when we go out.....

Well, hold on to your hats! My first “mod” to the JL.

I know you are joking, but that was one of my first mods. It was a condition of the lift kit with my wife. I didn't put it on the driver side as I wont use it, so I put one in the back for my daughter.

Next year I will learn to spell, meant sweet. Grew up on a dairy farm just to the south of you Western MA. Spent a lot of time at North and South Hero on the Big Lake

Some how I posted the 2 same pictures of the 2021. Ended up at 5% off of sticker.
