My post was 100% sarcasm.

Oh...LOL... I still haven't figured out everyone's personality on here yet. Thanks.. haha! Honestly, last night I was playing the day over in my head, and that thought actually occurred to me.

These look great! Who makes these?
GPCA

just google them. these are the pro version with optional colored handles. they have a ton of colors to pick from but is more money.

I like them so far.

I've been wondering what, if anything, I could put on the hood of my JL that would be cerebral and unique. I believe you've won the day with your choice.:beer:

Yesterday I got around to putting the wide cornering lights on. (Lights>Lockers) Don’t worry, the new rear M200 Ox locker goes in this Fall.

Hey, at least there’s a winch, right? I’ve got all my recovery gear now too.

Iron Cross Automotive spare tire relocation bracket. The 285/75/r17 (33.8 inch) Coopers were lightly rubbing on the bumper when using the tailgate. Heavy duty, made in US bracket...and all the hardware was present and fit perfectly!

All good, man . I recognized your avatar pic from the Jeep thread that was running a couple weeks back over on SVTP.

Oh, the B&M Sport Shifter is a huge improvement over the stock shifter. Shorter throws, more solid feeling, and a more comfortable grip. It's hard to explain, but every gear change just feels so much better! I should have done this the day I drove it off the lot.

I considered the higher position for the mirrors and might still give it a try, but we'll see - this is fairly similar position to stock, but I'm always up for something new.

Yes. Total time with the Transfer Case Handle took me about 60-90 minutes, going slow and following along with the video from B&M. Hardest part was getting the stock shift knob off (hammer and a piece of wood worked great - forget that plastic trim removal tool from the video). Oh, and don't forget to throw some blue Loctite on the new threads before putting the knobs back on - this way the patterns line up properly, especially the main shifter. The transfer case knob has a locking nut to get it to align, but both got the blue treatment.

You going to try it?
Thanks for the info regarding the sport shifter. I've been on the fence for a while. I love the transfer case shifter but for some reason I love the look of the stock shifter. If the gains are that great, I may have to give it a try. thanks for the advice.
