About as well as you can imagine that it did.

Later,
Johnny
I wouldn't trust my dealership to even do that...........
I'm not even using my Jeep Wave free oil changes.

Did you paint the CoolTech part red yourself or get from CoolTech OEM? Looks Awesome. I have the same setup with Cooltech but mine came non painted. I did not think that was an option but fantastic job either way.

So I took the end caps off in anticipation of tomorrow’s trip. Some of the metal underneath the caps was a bit jacked up. What are y’all using for small touch ups that don’t necessitate spraying?

I took my end caps off the day after I took it home from the dealer. They looked just like this. I just kinda used a black Sharpie. Wasn't perfect, just not as noticeable.

I need these. I have broken a couple sway bar links.

I am also thinking there is no reason why I could not got to the store buy some good Hiem joints and make my own for that kind of money.
If you want. I got mine brand new for $175 shipped. Sale then discount code and company I bought from
had them mismarked. I actually ran them out in Ouray 2wks ago, but I didn’t tighten the jam nuts enough and they twisted on me.

There is literately nothing to these sway bar links. I think I am going to buy a real nice set of Heim joints and see if they work. Cam probably do this for less than $30.

I do like the JKS ones. I have a set on my shitbox XJ.
i know what you mean. i did think about making my own. but when i got my lift they had the new quick connects in the box so i gave up. i looked at a set off McMasterCarr. Found a nice set of 64 degree angle allowance little pricey when you need 4 but still fun build. take pictures of how yours come out if you do make them

Haha I know what you mean. I had the upgraded sound system with the sub on the rear floor in my 2016 JKU 75th anniversary edition. I was concerned about dirt and crap falling thru the grill and onto the speaker. What I did was go to Joann’s Fabrics and bought a piece (large enough to easily cover the speaker grill and some of the surrounding area) of very thin black nylon fabric. I put it underneath the carpet on the rear deck floor (covering the speaker coutout in the carpet). It worked great. Never got anything in/on the speaker and it didn’t change the sound characteristics one bit.
Very dumb design by Jeep to put the sub in the floor... in the cargo area. DUH! Mine is full of crap now and I guess I have to pull the whole thing out to empty it. Got to be careful in the winter about anything with snow on it too.

Yes I had the same thought but don’t take it out before you try a leaf blower. I got mine cleaned out of sand, grass, and little pebbles doing it that way.

@Springtail Tailgate with MOLLE Bags - Great purchase!

Fishbone storage - A little disappointed in this one. I was expecting a tighter fit. This leaves holes in the bottom so you can’t put anything small in there. A little sad about that.
